I bought this vase for its unusual use of multi-layed glass. As you can see white/red/light green/dark green/yellow/red/white layers on that scallop on the left hand top edge. It intrigued me that the colour layers were not used in a more conventional "cameo" fashion.
The base show it has been repaired at some stage but it also shows a faint 41 which was typical of Edwardian or earlier marking - rather than a more recent manufacture. It is c. 25 cms tall.
I don't know where to even start looking - any help much appreciated.
