I tried adding a bit of chopped pickled ginger to it, and used an extra lemon instead of one of the oranges.

And I've passed it on to lots of friends too - always giving you the credit :thup: - I'm fussy about crediting the orginator of a recipe.
It's really useful for folk who are intolerant of wheat and gluten.
You really started something with that recipe, Glen - and now, you're going to have to repeat it here, because there are loads of new folk who need it. Sorry!
