Hi -- Just a guess.  Could there be a *S* and a *P* and a *D* there?  As the P looking thing could also entail an *D* there too ??

so how many combination's for that:  SPD, PSD, DSP, SDP, PDS, DPS....etc, etc

It is a weird signature - I'm sure if it's id'ed it will all seem obvious.

The stem looks like a shepherd's staff to me with a glass gather at the end.

There was a Don Shepherd at Blenko who later founded a studio with Vytautas Jonynas, that studio used a shepherd's staff and S.
The studio appears to have closed in 1980 and Shepherd died in February 2002 so that's an unlikely origin.

Are there other glassmakers named Shepherd/Shephard out there?
