I noticed it, but as he has kindly signed and dated my paperweight for me, it's OK.  Nobody would mistake it for Chinese  :twisted:  :wink:

I'm assuming that that kind of streaky colourway is usually Mdina?  even when not signed?

Also I have some Mdina that are not signed, but do have a little label that says Made in Malta with 1000 handwritten - what is the relevance of this?

Hello Lynne, I don't really know without seeing it, but my opinion is that this could mean that it's early.  8)
