Empoli Pitcher?
« on: September 07, 2010, 02:26:06 PM »
Hi All,
I thought I might be buying a piece of North American glass but now I think it might be Empoli.  Any one able to confirm or reject as such.  Thanks.  -Buck

Oh, it's about 9.5 inches (24cm) tall.  5 inches (12.5cm) across the base.

Sorry Keith but what's "it's web site"?  I haven't found an Empoli glassware company site.  I thought Empoli was a region, like saying Murano???

Anyway, can you point me to whatever link you were seeing similar pitchers.  Thanks Much!

This one perhaps:
http://www.vmglasshouse.com/empoli-verde.htm  :)

Thanks Dirk, I had seen that site earlier.  I gave me some thought it might be Empoli in origin but not enough similar to say with any confidence.
