Thanks for that link Anne, actually it was Vidfletch who bought the Italian ones at Cambridge a few years ago, and I was there with him.!!

This morning I did a Bark versus Glacier range reccy!   The Bark texture is totally different to the Glacier range texture ( I wish I had one of the tumblers to photograph alongside a Bark vase to illustrate). Tracey's tumbler has the Bark-ish texture as opposed to the glacier texture, which rules out for me it being a colour version of the W/F tumbler.  Also the colour of the tumbler under debate, is definitely not a Whitefriars Tangerine to my eye.  So, at the risk of being boring, I still stick to my original position.! LOL!

I just purchased a bark textured tumbler which looks very Whitefriars-ish indeed to me.  This has prompted me to have a search through the various threads on this board, and what a mystery these tumblers seem to be!  I'm posting pics here, as the rim looks very similar to the tumbler at the top of this thread.  Size is 3.5 inches tall by 3.25 inches diameter.

This one Wayne looks more like the real deal to me, main thing for me is the  colour which is nice and even ( no changing of tone)  BUT, I still have not seen one by Whitefriars 200% confirmed in Tangerine............so?  Let's wait and see!

Thanks Kane and Emmi for your comments.  It certainly does look the part, but I guess we will have to see one of these with a label to be certain.
