Pink vase 1930's styling for ID.
« on: September 10, 2010, 01:57:23 PM »
I found this lovely little vase today. I presume it to be a Deco piece but may be wrong in that assumption. The base has a shallow, bowl shaped well similar to the more modern Czech pieces I have - is this Czech too?

This is 140mm tall and 130 mm wide (Max)

Thank you ~Adam

It looks like František Zemek, Heřmanova huť, 19880 from 1958

I think it must be the František Zemek item Jindrich suggests but I could only find one other on the net - maybe that's a good thing! I don't think my pictures are particularly good ones, especially colour wise so I will add another:

I seem to be finding a lot of Czech glass atm - not complaining though ~Adam
