am I seeing figures wearing clogs  -  and if so might this indicate 'Dutch/Netherlands' area? -  of course, I might need to go to the opticians. :)

Kinda looks like that to me too -- that they are wearing wooden shoes, or clogs...either that or I need new  8) too  :24:
