Amber twist/spiral ribbed vase ID Help Please

This came in to the Air Ambulance charity shop and it looked familiar, I think I have seen them at Art Deco fairs but despite searching I have been unable to find any information so if anyone can give me a maker or any other information it would be very helpful in pricing it for them.

It's 9 inches tall and 6 inches across (at widest point). Well finished rim and some wear to the base consistent with age. Lovely golden amber colour and rings like a bell if you flick it.
