Topic: Help with this Peill Putzler strange item = footless drinking glass

Just wondered if anyone new what this is, just cant work it out. Candle snuffer maybe? Its hollow at the bottom and is 11.5cm tall

Could be....or maybe it's like one of those Holmegaard neck glasses which you wear on a rope round your neck (ie, a glass not designed to stand on a table)   :huh: :huh:

The pattern name is "Kegel-Ex", probably 70s.
