wow!   that piece you showed is just utterly fabulous  :mrgreen:  - I am in the South West of the UK.  You are absolutely more than welcome to use the picture.  I am happy to take one of the base as well if you wish.  The grill is definitely a replacement (mine ) but all the grills I have on my bowls, with the exception of one which is very ornate, are simple wire cross brass.  Do you think it would have been a more ornate one originally?
