amber enamelled flower vase ?

Hi does anyone know about this lovely amber vase hand painted flowers ,measures 9" high by 5" wide ,lots of base wear

The base looks like some of the Bohemian glass made in the 1920s and early 1930s. I don't recognize the painting style or the shape of the body, unfortunately. I have a pitcher that has a similar base that I have yet to get an inkling of the attribution. Moser had some glass with a similar base type, but the pieces I know that are by them have been signed.
