Red Foil Flat Ashtray
« on: September 28, 2010, 01:37:24 AM »
:hi: I seem to remember this type of ashtray from around the 60's era with foil in it.  This is about 4 inches wide.  Appears to be glass on top of the foil.  The bottom is dark black (bakelite ???? or not) and has a really rough texture to it.

Kinda has that eames flair to it -- I think....

thanks for any info.

Note:  It kinda reminds me of that 60's (Seetusee) glass that I had posted.  For some funny reason, I just think this Red Foil ashtray is from around that same era as these Seetusee Glass.
