Heavy ice blue bowl

9.5 inches across with a polished pontil mark,ribbed body and lots of wear,any ideas please ;D

Check for an "Orrefors" sig in the bottom wear - it may not be obvious.

Bergh for Kosta could also be a possibility, although I would expect to see a signature (a 'B' plus 3 or 4 numbers)
