Experience teaches that anyone who begins to collect in any field can feel a change in his soul. He becomes a joyful man filled with a deeper empathy, and a more open understanding moves his soul.
Alfred Lichtwark (1852-1914)

Sorry no, I have just boxed up my three (!) copies. I found these on markets about 15 - 20 years ago - and have never seen one since, and I also never saw them in another colour but olive green. The bottom is not of the Czech/SU type - so they might possibly be Finnish, Belgian, German or Italian?
