Blue Icy Glass Vase with Label "Handcraft" ID = Japanese (most likely)

Can anyone help with this one? I first thought it's Sklo Union, but I'm not too fit with my glass...

It stands 17.5 cm

The sticker-label is worn off, shiny reflecting gold and therefore hard to read/photograph. It says "HANDCRAFT" and shows kind of a large S and a small Vodka-Martini shaped glass
