Etched heavy crystal vase, Scandinavian?

Pretty heavy in weight, etched stylised horse vase, flat shiny base with a Scanndinavian look.

It could be Stuart . Stuart produced a range of sandblasted vases just like yours. I think l got two myself somewhere.
