Topic: Need help with ID for this old roemer(?) goblet with enamel/gold decoration

I apologise in advance for its sorry state! I found this glass (along with the missing shards) in a dusty box a friend had earmarked for the skip, however I quite liked it so I kept it. I photograph all my objects before any work is completed (even dust removal) hence the photos! I'm guessing it's a roemer glass, however I'm not too sure as it doesn't have prunts on it. Regarding the date, I'm thinking early 19th Century, however again I'm not 100% sure.

I would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction regarding the date, origin, and possibly maker of this glass. Any information would be helpful!
