id request for lensed ball vase.

I suspect Czechoslovakian, although wasn't quite sure where to start looking. 90mm/3.5 inches high, and believe may be fairly modern - very little wear on the bottom. The casing colour is a sort of glossy chocolate brown. Grateful if anyone able to give an id, and thanks for looking.
