Anybody heard of Enigma studio English glass makers

Hi all
Ive had this paperweight for quite a while now and never been able to find the maker.
It is signed very nicely to the base Enigma studio 2005 made in england
Ive searched and searched and never been able to find the maker anywhere. Does anybody know of Enigma studio any info much apriciated
