Amber cut and etched jug

Well made the cutting and etching looks well done, not sure about the base though the solid foot looks quite 'clumsy' neat ground out polished pontil mark with plenty of base wear present. I know it's a long shot, maybe someone may just recognise it. The height is 8.25"
