The anteater is lovely and almost certainly Murano IMHO. The older clear glass is the more likely it is to contain manganese as a decolouriser, but it doesn't actually have to be that old. It seems to me that handmade glass often contained it into the 1970s and 1980s. I have Mdina that glows. Maybe it's still used in smaller enterprises  :huh:

I found this recently the same as in your link. I know its Murano but thats about it.

Height 9.75" and weighs over 1850 gm
