Help wanted to identify this painted milk glass vase.
« on: December 08, 2010, 02:54:20 AM »
I bought this painted slightly twisted vase some time ago and thought it to be probably Bohemian.  Now I just don't know.  Can anyone point me in the right direction, please?

Oh, excellent. It is Harrach. You can find some similar marks at Mod: Link removed as content changed to inappropriate site. And there are vases very similar to yours at http://sites.google.com/site/bohemianglassandmore/harrach. Wonderful find.

Thanks Anita :chky:   I have contacted the project Harrach person and sent him a copy of the original photos.  I hope he can use them - my design with its twist seems a little different to the others so far shown.

Can't help reflect how the world has changed when an Aussie who bought the vase 'cause he liked it, can find out from an Alabaman about his vase from Bohemia, and immediately be congratulated by a Canadian!
