Blue decanter - mid Victorian, or repro?

Blue decanter or spirit flask, with facet cut stopper and twisted strap handle.
The base is cut with a 16-point star, and has a lot of wear.

Won it at an auction.  Loads of dealers present, but noone else wanted to bid, so I got it for a quid - plus the premium, of course...

Is it real, or a modern knock-off?

Could be early 20th,I'd say not repro 'cos of the handle and star cut base,to much trouble to do if it was a cheap copy but that's just my opinion ;D

Thanks, Keith.  Good points.
Anyone have any idea of a maker?
I just found this page:
http://www.antiqueglass-london.com/stock5.html
Interesting that they have 3 identical pieces in stock.

Ta, Keith.  As Gary Player said, "The harder I practice, the luckier I get..."  ;)
Couldn't believe that none of the dealers bid for it.  They were fairly throwing money after uninspiring bits of Whitefriars, Shelley and dodgy Clarice Cliff.
