Cute little duck - but who made it?

Had this for some time but could not really get any lead.  Maybe someone recognises the bird /maker.  I suspect he is Finnish or Swedish but the signature defeats me.

It's Målerås, Sweden. Designed by Folke Walwing (last name pronounced Valving).

PS.  Somewhere, I have buried in that garage, a nice goose by Ronneby that I will email you photos of when I have time.
