Old pressed jardiniere. Anyone recognise it?

Had this sitting around for a long while.

24 cm long x 14 cm wide x 12 cm high (at max).

Flat ground base.  Not as heavy as might be expected.

Looks to be pre-war Czech or German, but I haven't found it anywhere yet.

Any ideas?
