Beautiful Large Incalmo bowl signed alex ? alan ? bird ? 2000

Hi all
Im really struggling to work the signiture out on this one, ive searched various different names it could be and keep hitting a wall.
It looks like Alex Bird 2000 but i might be completely wrong. Its a beautiful quality piece with a clear glass foot, deep sea green lower and dark purple (black) top with a cream coloured band on the rim. Stands at 15.5cm, and 22.5cm in diameter.
Anybody have any ideas on the signiture?

Could it be Bird -- but spelled this way ????  Byrd ?? And the first name Alan, or Alex, or Alec ????
