Pink / Amethyst / Blue shade Lady figure - Can anyone here ID pls?

Just to 'chip' in here....the blue colour will only show up under certain light conditions....i.e the neon strip lights and some of the new energy saving lamps.

Such a pretty piece. I have never seen anything like that.  I will watch with interest to see if you find who made it.
