Help in Identification
« on: January 07, 2011, 08:02:54 AM »
Thanks to Dirk in germany for helping with my other vase

I would love to know if this one is Scandinavian.....it is like a big flying saucer....thick heavy cased glass and this really wonderful shape - it measures about 29cm across the widest point.  Any ideas on who made or designed it?

Thanks

Markus

Bengt Orup for Johansfors is a possibility but his pieces are usually signed.
Post pics of the base & looking down at the top too if you can.

Having seen the new pics I don't think it's Johansfors. Czech or Chinese would be my guess
