 :hi:  i braved the spiders and here it is- the label reads.....Avondale glass handmade in pembrokeshire Wales.
:) i have a pink one in my garage with a label on it, i will dig it out tomorrow forgot i had that....

Hi Jeanniegal, your pink ellie is actually made in Wales,  not an import.  They have a website you can look at to see their range of glass, including their animals, and you can see a video of a swan being made as well.

It was touch and go in there i can tell ya... all in the name of glass eh :24:.Had a look at the site,beautiful pieces, one day i will go.. never been to Wales.thanx rosieposie

It's a great place to browse - we've been specially to see what they have and spent ages talking to the lady who runs it. Time for another visit soon methinks! :)
