This doesn't look like Ikora to me.  Not sure what it is, though.  Zwiesel a definite possibility.  Or, could it be a Sklo Union piece?

It´s not Ikora, but I think quite close... Karl Wiedmann also worked for Gralglas in the 60´s and
70´s. Your vase looks like one of his designs to me. I´ve got several of his pieces in my collection.
I´ll post some pictures for comparison this evening.  :)

It is NOT Sklo Union. The Sklo Union factories made PRESSED glass almost exclusively.  :hb1: :hb1:

it's not pressed sklo, but reminds of exbor a little...,
never owned a cylindrical exbor vase...
I only own a hlava/exbor which is flat polished at base...
