Not Rhapsody, I don't think it is Pizzicato either but they are Czech.

Using Sklo as a shorthand for Czech just leads to confusion (and irritation for me ;D). Sklo just means glass.

This is quite recent piece, Czech, possibly Chribska - Rubin glass s.r.o (bancrupted few years ago).
