ID help required encased clear waisted vase engraved flowers

Can anybody please help to id this vase, sorry pictures aren't great. 10 inches tall x1.5 inches at rim x2.5 inches at base. I thought vaguely Scandinavian shape but a bit thrown by the engraved/cut flower pattern. Rim is flat and base has slight concave depression. Any help much appreciated John

Sorry man this is a most perfunctory mass produced vase - not in the class of Scandinavian design or workmanship. If I'd have to guess where it was made I would say one of the Polish factories (Wreszniak jumps to mind) but it could also be a product from Turkey or from Romania. Not a winner, sorry.
