Topic: Skrdlovice or Novy Bor Vase?

Does anyone recognise this design at all?  I'm pretty certain it is Czech, and going off the colours alone, I'd guess at Skrdlovice or Novy Bor/Crystalex, but that is loosely based on two threads that did not reach any firm conclusions.

The first is a thread started by me, with a vase and bowl in the same colours as this vase, that both look very Skrdlovice to me:

Sorry I forgot the base pic AGAIN  , but it is flat and polished.  Height is 9.5 inches / 24 cm.
