I've not a clue - though they look more '70s to me - a bit space-age, which was the end of the '60s, give it a couple of years to get mainstream in design...

Looks like a nice thing - I've never seen one before.

Thanks yes you're probably right i have 4 red & yellow and light blue they have a solid Base!
