Topic: Sundae/Dessert dishes with pip/core tray base - English?

Im not sure of the age of these dishes, 40s or 50s most likely (but stand to be corrected as per) and wondered if anyone knows their possible maker? They have what I think is a turned up base edge for pip and waste.

Usually regarded as a grapefruit dish - tray for pips as you suggested. This is one I've not seen before - I have around 50-60 grapefruit dishes but not many as heavy-looking as this. I'd have thought possibly even a little earlier - 1920s-30s perhaps. Is it pressed or cut glass?

It is pressed glass Anne, pretty heavy and good quality I would say.
