Czech Elephant

I think I've seen this type animal on here before, but a search didn't turn up anything. This clear glass elephant is 6.25" (16 cm) tall and quite a heavy fellow. It has Czecho-Slovakia in small letters on the bottom. Does anyone recognize the maker? TIA.
