bowl, gold leaf in black glass... any idea?

Hi
I was told this bowl should be nason, but I'm not sure at all...

it's bevelled at the foot rim and comes with a partial gold leaf decoration

maybe the shape is known?

help would be great...

Oooo i know it - it's something something something Czech. Don't pin me down, though. Cannot find the picca of the twin with the strange finish - but this is the matching vase.
