Memory fails me - who made this vase
« on: February 09, 2011, 11:39:41 AM »
I bought this small "rock" vase in England in 2007 whilst on a holiday and forgot to write down the maker's names and of course memory is now failing me.  Can a kind person interested in English art glass help.  As you can see they are HM & KR respectively.

sorry I've had a quick sift through (and I'm not the most knowledgable by any stretch  ;D so I'm sure someone will be along with an answer soon) but the only KR I can think of is Karlin Rushbrooke.  Whereabouts in the Uk did you buy it?
was it down in Devon?  Lovely piece

JP you're right - I wasn't suggesting it was Karlin, just saying that was the only maker I could a) think of and b) find searching through, with those initials.
