As underbidder, I was fairly sure it was Vasart, and very probably by Salvador. But we need the input of KevH!

I was a very underbidder LOL. Nice to know some of my instincts are probably improving

From the one picture, it looks to be of a style (canes filling the dome) quite often seen in work from the Ysart Brothers period and possibly by the hand of Salvador.
