Czech vase, ex museum piece (damaged) - ID?

(1/2) > >>

astrid:
I bought this one in the Netherlands from someone who claimed they had bought them at a museum in Prague. Well, sure enough the piece has a museum ID number. Later it appears to have chipped badly at the base (taking part of the ID off), and consequently been labeled with a 'made in the Czech Republic' label (partly covering the chip) to sell it. Therefore I don't think the label indicates the time period in this case. It was sold together with a similarly ID'd and damaged piece that I know is Chribska.

It's an imposing big piece, 32,5 cm high. The base is 7 cm across and polished flat. I think this one might also be Chribska, but does anyone have more info than that?

:hiclp:  Very nice - too bad about the chip, but you can just hide that?  Very nice!!

You got green trees there??

Jindra8526:
This piece is not from museum but from Chribska showroom (pattern deposit). Several pieces from it has appeared recently at markets.

Ah, thanks Jindrich. I can put it down as Chribska then. Any idea on maker or time period?
