Palest pink opaline lidded round box
« on: February 13, 2011, 09:09:48 PM »
:rah:  I was delighted to find this lidded box this morning (ok, I am probably the only person who collects plain opaline and not high end stuff at that :ooh:) so, I'm wondering about era?  it looks possibly 30's/ 40's would I be right?  and where from?  any information gratefully received as all I can ever find on opaline is fancy doody expensive and mine clearly isn't really  ;D
Oh, it's chipped.... of course  ::) and it is mould blown with cut and polished rims 5 1/2" wide and 2 1/4" high approx
many thanks!
