Huge victorian maybe bohemium flower vase ?

Maybe the biggest vase ive owned so far at 15" tall and weighs a ton, Has a nice cranberry type glow to the main bulk of the glass and a massive foot with polished pontil the wear is not unlike victorian/georgian glass ive bought in the past realy marked im wondering if this is something made in the uk or czech any ideas ? :smg:
