I'm pretty sure it is from the late nineties.
Name is "Kairo"   :ra: and the designer is Lena Hansson.
Three sizes ( 280mm, 200 mm and 150mm )and two colourways ( blue bowl/green foot and green bowl/blue foot )
One of the company's bestsellers.
