Clear glass bowl with elevated flowers and leaves (FRANCE)

... this bowl hasn't got the quality of the great French glassmakers but also doesn't lack in any quality entirely ... makes me wonder where it comes from  :huh:

Size: diameter 23 cm. / height 11 cm.

Anyone ?

Yes, marked "FRANCE" on the underside, to be read from the upperside.
