Knobbly candle holder? Czech?

Knobbly candle holder 20cm tall, hard to photo. Cased Green with alternating pulls up then down (hope that makes sense)

What's the base like? Can you add a pic of it too please as that might help someone suggest something. :)

The pulled bits make me think of Skrdlovice, but yes a base shot would help.  Does look Czech though.
