Please help to identify this odd piece of art glass????

Tempted to say Empoli but the pontil mark seems to be circular (blowpipe) and snapped off - do I see that correctly?

sorry no help here, but a question - does it have controlled bubbles? or is that reflections I can see.

Thanks for the help ...I am adding a couple more pictures including a better shot of the base and the afformentioned bubbles in the glass.Any further help to identify this piece will be gratefully recieved..Scott

It's rather gorgeous :) is the sticky out bit on the side, supposed to be a sort of stylised handle I wonder, so is it a stylised jug type thing? I love the bubbles at the bottom and the colour. Really nice piece.
Is the base indented?
