Preety little cased turquoise stem vase???

A lovely little 7" vase i think its turquoise the base has a heavy little clear casing to it the underside of the base has a slightly indented base over all with some wear to the edge and some tooling marks also. The rim has been nicely ground to give a good sharp look.
I feel it maybe a scandinavian vase but will stand corrected as im usually wrong. :hi:
