possible German pressed blue vase.
« on: March 23, 2011, 09:23:51 PM »
an unusually short vase (short sticks of celery perhaps), which I can't find on Pamela's site  -  the sort of blue produced by a few factories before 1939 - so it is probably on the Master Books somewhere, and apologies for being a bit lazy and not looking at all of them at this time of night :).    I thought it was a Brockwitz base, with this quite wide flat ground foot rim, but not really sure.    Height is 118mm/4.75".    If someone does recogize the design, please do let me know, and thanks for looking.    I think it's quite unusual, I don't recall seeing it previously. :)
