Help Id a pair of lady figural candlestick holder

Help to ID these lady figural candlesticks please. I cannot remember seeing this design before, not recently anyway.

I would guess Czech.

Height 7.25" or 18.5cm

Very nice in black. I cannot think of many similar centerpiece or similar items in a mat black except for a unknown mat black lady figural lamp base  so may be the same company
